XKCD

KCD is probably one of my favorite little webcomics. The art doesn’t get any fancier than this, but the jokes are divine. Much of the humor is science and/or math based, with a big dollop of gaming, ninjas, and Internet goofiness. Hover over the images at the site to get smart-assed comments from the author in the tip-ups.
This comic was dedicated to Gary Gygax, who died on the 5th. For you Philistines out there, Gary was the inventor of D&D. My husband and I met him at GenCon a couple of years ago, and Art has a dice bag that Gary signed for him.
Also, just in case you’ve been stuck with The Game:

Pretty sure ol’ Gary went on March 4th - Gamemaster’s Day.
(Because every adventure begins with “March Forth!”)

Colbert said a nice little farewell - “How much will we miss Gary?” (rolls a die) “Twenty! Gary, may your prismatic spray always bypass your opponent’s reflex save.”

I’ve seen news articles that say both. I’m assuming he either died close to midnight, or it just depends on when the newspaper in question got the article. ;)

We’ve officially declared that Gary failed a Con check, by the way, not a saving throw. He died of an aortic aneurysm, so that would have to be a Constitution check, right?
