‘d like to start off with a special toast this week to a group of 14 who came in last night, 45 minutes before we closed, with no notice, and stayed until an hour after close, despite subtle hints like turning off the radios, the TVs, the lights . . . Asshats.
- To Paul Wolfowitz, who resigned from the World Bank. Yet another Bushie tucking his tail betwixt his legs and scampering away from scandal.
- To Jerry Falwell, who had the decency to finally kick off this past week, leaving one less hatemonger in the world.
