Punday Night: Vacation
I am exhausted. True to form, it has been a horrible week at work. It’s like they try to kill me just before vacation. I’ve been meaning to update for a couple of days, and just haven’t had the brain power. (Not that I do, now, either, but to hell with it. It’s Punday.)
Pun of the Day:
There was a ghost at the hotel, so they called for an inn spectre.
An elevator makes ghosts happy because it lifts the spirits.
I tried to pack myself in a suitcase. I could hardly contain myself.
The government is going to charge for hitch-hiking. Thumb tax.
Packing up and relocating to a new home can be a moving experience.
Hotel owners usually have suite dreams.
On a long trek nomads use camels to get them over the hump.
Hitch hiking is not a good rule of thumb.
Hotel maids are experts with spread sheets.
If you stumble over a good price for a vacation you will have a good trip.
After GenCon, I’ll be devoting considerable amounts of time to job hunting. I gotta get out of the Restaurant. I can’t take working for the retarded Owners anymore. I’ve decided I’ll take pretty much whatever comes along, even if it has to be two jobs to make up the difference — anything to get out of there.
Also, after GenCon, dude, I gotta start working out. The extra weight is pissing me off endlessly. Diet and excersize.
I’d also like to investigate ways to get back to college, but I just don’t see how I’ll manage that. I don’t qualify for any financial aid, and I hate the idea of going into debt for it. Also, I don’t have any damn time as it is. But, I’ll look into it.
Burning too much incense in a rented room could make the owner incensed.
Luggage made of snakeskin is ex-hiss baggage.
If you’re alone and get too cold you might become ice-olated.

Even if you have to borrow money for college it can be worth it.
Collge grads make $10-$15 an hour in their chosen career paths and that’s just starting out.
As for time, well you just have to pick a day and say, Thats the day I goto school.
You don’t have to go full time, I’m Only taking 2 classes on the same day.
I Figure I’ll have my college done in a couple of years.
I’ve only got 15 classes to take.
I think that next sememster I’ll take some online courses.
Good luck and have fun at Gen Con!
